Totally an entertaining commercial thriller. In order to enjoy it you must not seek logic in the movie plot. It was the story of a 911 call operator which was played by Halle Berry as Jordan Turner, when she receive a strange call from a teenage girl who says she was abducted by a stranger while her life is hanging between life and death with short time left the Jordan must act smartly to save her as her part before the cops get engaged into the incident.
In the story many stuffs were unexplained especially from the kidnapper side as he was an well educated then what was his motive to do things like that in the first place. The movie had many thrillfull scenes in parts but trust me the ending was not the smartest twist that we were looking for, it was the clue or content that left out to proceed in its yet to decide and make a sequel.
Halle Berry was okay, her character was too sentimental which won't suit for an operator girl, as we know they are more tougher and intellect for the job. Abigail Breslin was good, she was an victim in the story. Physically her role had no scope except beginning and last few minutes of her part but still a good performance.
Overall worth a watch!
